The AI Agent gives you instant access to project insights, reports, and visuals by turning your collected site data into actionable information the moment you need it.
With the AI Agent, you can ask questions, generate summaries, create reports, and instantly navigate to floor plans and 360° views all within a single, streamlined workflow.
This release marks a major step forward in speed, clarity, and productivity for every OnsiteIQ customer.

1. Project Intelligence
The OnsiteIQ AI Agent allows you to ask questions about your project in plain language and receive detailed, accurate answers in seconds.
Examples include:
“Create a 30-day lookback report.”
“Where are there delays across the project?”
“Which units are complete or still in progress?”
“Summarize all activity on Level 3 last week.”
The AI Agent scans your project’s available data and instantly generates a full narrative summary.
2. Automated Report Generation
As shown in the screen recording, the AI Agent can produce long-form, detailed reports with a single prompt.
These may include:
Progress summaries

Unit-by-unit updates
Completion breakdowns
Schedule context
Reports appear in seconds eliminating hours of manual review and writing.
3. Direct Links to Visual Context
When the AI Agent references an area of interest, it can include direct links to floor plans and 360° imagery inside your project.
Clicking the link instantly opens the interactive floor plan in OnsiteIQ.
From there, you can enter the 360° photo viewer, seamlessly jumping into site-level detail.
This creates a powerful end-to-end workflow:
