The AI Agent is your intelligent assistant inside OnsiteIQ. It helps you instantly retrieve insights, generate summaries, and navigate your project using simple prompts.
How to Access the AI Agent
Log in to your OnsiteIQ account.
From the Portfolio Dashboard, open any project where you want to use the AI Agent.
Click on the AI Agent module within the left hand side bar from any page within the project.
How to Use the Prompt Window
Type any question or request into the prompt field.
Press Enter to submit.
The AI Agent will analyze your project data and return a written response, report, or list of insights.
Supported Request Types
You can use the AI Agent for:
Progress updates
Delay identification
Unit-level insights
Summaries and lookbacks
Visual navigation (floor plans + 360° views)

Tips for Best Results
Be specific about dates, units, or floors when possible.
Use clear verbs such as generate, summarize, identify, create, or show.
If the AI Agent includes clickable links, use them to jump directly into visuals.
