  • Your project appears immediately on your dashboard with a "Pending" badge — visible across all your devices and sessions

Why It Matters

  • Get started immediately — add projects on your own schedule, any time

  • Everything you need is in one place — no back-and-forth emails or waiting for setup

  • Your project is visible right away — our team is notified and will follow up to complete setup

Image Search Updates

Overview

We've added a side drawer to Image Search. When something catches your eye, you can dig into the details without ever losing your place in the results.

What's New

  • View a high-res image of the detection directly in the drawer — no extra clicks needed

  • See a floor plan showing exactly where the camera was and which direction it was facing when the image was captured

  • One-click View 360° and Download buttons right where you need them

  • Search results stay visible on the left so you can keep browsing without losing your place

Why It Matters

  • Dig into detections without losing your search context — no more starting over

  • See exactly where and how each image was captured — floor plan context included

  • Jump directly to the 360° viewer or download an image in one click — all from the same view

CCTV Page Upgrades

Overview

You can now connect cameras from four supported vendors directly in OnsiteIQ — EarthCam and YouTube join OxBlue and TrueLook — with a redesigned setup flow, smarter error messages, and the ability to manage your camera URLs without contacting support.

What's New

New vendors

  • EarthCam and YouTube are now supported alongside OxBlue and TrueLook

  • Each vendor has a dedicated link to instructions for finding your public stream URL

Redesigned setup flow

  • The CCTV splash page now has a single "Add CCTV URL" button with all supported vendors listed at a glance

  • The setup modal has been simplified to a single URL input — one CTA instead of multiple

YouTube URL handling

  • Paste any YouTube link format (watch, share, or embed) and we automatically convert it to the correct embed format — no manual reformatting needed

TrueLook discount

  • The TrueLook card now shows a green "20% OFF" badge and a one-click "Claim discount" button that emails their sales team directly

Self-serve camera removal

  • You can now remove a camera URL yourself anytime from the CCTV page — no need to contact support

Why It Matters

  • More vendor options means more of your existing cameras are covered out of the box

  • A cleaner setup flow means less time figuring out where to start

  • YouTube link conversion removes a frustrating manual step

  • Managing your own camera URLs puts you in control — no tickets needed
