OnsiteIQ

Connect a construction camera you already have to an OnsiteIQ project, so the live feed sits alongside your 360° captures and progress data. OnsiteIQ supports TrueLook, OxBlue, EarthCam and YouTube.

CCTV is available on Core and Enterprise projects. If you do not see CCTV in the left sidebar, the project is not on a plan that includes it. Ask your Customer Success Manager or email <a href="mailto:customersuccess@onsiteiq.io" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">customersuccess@onsiteiq.io</a>. ​

Open the project from the Portfolio Dashboard.

Paste your camera's share link into CCTV Camera URL. The next section covers where to find it for each vendor.

Click Save. The live feed now appears on the project's CCTV page for everyone with access.

5. Click Save. The live feed now appears on the project's CCTV page for everyone with access.

OnsiteIQ needs a public share or embed link, the kind your camera vendor generates for someone outside your account. A link copied from your browser's address bar while signed in to the vendor's dashboard will not work, because nobody else can open it.

Each vendor has a How do I find my URL? link inside the dialog that goes straight to their instructions. ​

Generate a sharing link from the TrueLook dashboard. A valid link is on app.truelook.cloud and contains a <code>code=</code> token, for example <code>https://app.truelook.cloud/link?code=...&amp;type=sharing_link</code>.

A dashboard URL without a <code>code=</code> token will be rejected. See <a href="https://support.truelook.com/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">TrueLook support</a>.

TrueLook offers OnsiteIQ customers 20% off. Use Claim discount in the dialog to get in touch with their sales team.

OxBlue calls these invite links or open links. Valid shapes include <code>oxblue.com/open/&lt;account&gt;/&lt;camera&gt;</code>, <code>app.oxblue.com/cameras/&lt;camera id&gt;</code> and <code>app.oxblue.com/?openlink=...</code>. A <code>/dashboard/</code> URL will be rejected.

Use the public camera page URL, which contains <code>?cam=</code>. A members-area link will be rejected. See <a href="https://www.earthcam.com/faq.php" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">EarthCam's FAQ</a>. ​

If your camera streams to YouTube, paste the stream's link. ​

Click Request another vendor in the dialog. It opens an email to our team, and the requests shape which vendors we add next. ​
