Previously, in order to add new users to OnsiteIQ, you had to reach out to your Customer Success Manager or other OnsiteIQ Point of Contact. With the introduction of User Management, you get the power to do it yourself! Users are now empowered to autonomously invite and manage user access and permissions to their account's projects directly within OnsiteIQ. Ensure all stakeholders have access to foster seamless collaboration while you manage and monitor the progress of your projects!
β New User Invitations
Users with the necessary permissions can now invite new users to projects directly within OnsiteIQ.
β Revoke Project Access
Account Owners, the users that have been designated as the owners of the OnsiteIQ account, can now remove users from individual projects or all projects within an account directly from OnsiteIQ.
β View User Access Lists
Users with the necessary permissions can view who has access to specific projects or all projects within an account. This includes who has simply been invited vs. who has actually registered their user account and logged in.
β Resend Invitations
Users with the necessary permissions can now resend invitations to users who have not yet registered their user accounts.
