This tutorial goes over how to modify the access and permissions of an existing user.
Things to Consider
This article goes over how to modify a user's permissions from their individual user profile.
On an individual user profile, you MUST be an Account Owner in order to..
modify a user's ability to invite new users to projects
remove projects from a user's current access list
modify a user's permission to automatically be granted to all current and future projects in an account
grant user access to additional projects
Important Things to Note
As mentioned above, only Account Owners can modify the permissions on a user's individual profile. Users with the permission to invite other users to projects cannot modify permissions here. However, they can add additional permissions to an already invited user by following the steps in Invite New Users.
For example, if user A is not initially granted the permission to invite new users, but then is re-invited and granted invite new user permissions during that workflow, user A will gain those permissions. If user A was initially granted the invite new users permission, then another user leaves the corresponding box unchecked during a subsequent invitation, user A will not lose those permissions.
