OnsiteIQ introduces Progress Tracking to help your team to objectively track and validate construction progress with visibility into critical path milestones, from pouring foundations to installing finishes.
Unlike traditional progress tracking methods like site walks and spot checks, with OnsiteIQ Progress Tracking you can objectively track the progress of 18 major construction milestones (see the full list below) across each floor plan of the projects in your portfolio. This means you can start making data-driven decisions without worrying about capturing progress week over week and can rely on OnsiteIQ to do the heavy lifting.
This is a phased release meaning that OnsiteIQ accounts will see Project Tracking enabled at different times. If you do not see these features within your instance of OnsiteIQ and would like them enabled, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
→ Milestone Definitions (at 100% complete)
Hover your cursor over each Milestone column header to see what 100% complete means for each particular milestone.
→ Search Floors
Narrow down the data to a specific floor by clicking into the search bar and entering your search terms. You can search by letter, number, and symbol.
→ Time Travel
Select an available date in the past to review the progress (% complete) of floor plans and their related milestones at that particular point in time.
Notes:
You can only access progress data on dates that are in purple. These dates coincide with the dates we captured 360° images from the site.
The first possible date with % complete data in your OnsiteIQ account is March 8, 2023.
