We understand that not all planned construction activity is equally spread across all floors or areas on a given construction project. e.g. a garage or lobby level won’t typically have the same amount of drywall that’s planned to be installed compared to a full floor of residential units. With the addition of Milestone Weighting, OnsiteIQ subject matter experts (SME) can assign custom weight (%) values to floors in order to make the milestone totals more accurate than ever before.
Milestone Weighting is an improvement for Progress Tracking as it affects the total percent complete of milestones.
