How to find and read markups, whether you are looking at a floor plan or standing inside a 360° image.
Two things to know first
Blue nodes are markups created by the OnsiteIQ team. On a floor plan and inside a 360° image, a blue node marks a markup. In a 360° image the node carries a number.
Markups belong to one walkthrough. A markup is tied to the floor plan and the capture date it was created on. It will not carry forward onto later walkthroughs of that same floor plan, so if you cannot find one you left last month, check the date you are viewing.
From a floor plan
Open the full view of a floor plan. See View and Navigate Floor Plans. Then either:
Click Markups at the top of the screen, which opens a drawer listing every markup on that floor plan for that walkthrough; or
Click a blue node directly, which opens the 360° view at that spot with the markup's drawer already open.
From inside a 360° image
Three ways, depending on whether you already know where the markup is:
You want the full list. Click Markups at the top of the screen. The drawer lists every markup on that floor plan for that walkthrough.
You can see it. Look around until you find a blue node in the image and click it.
You know roughly where it is. Click a blue node on the mini-map in the lower left corner. See: Advanced Navigation of the 360° Viewer for moving around the mini-map.
All three open the same drawer, showing that markup and any others at the same location on that walkthrough.
