What's New
We are thrilled to announce Location Momentum Tracking, the latest enhancements to OnsiteIQ Momentum, designed to give you unprecedented insights into your construction projects and allow for full schedule monitoring against your assets.
These releases extend the capabilities of OnsiteIQ Momentum by providing a granular view of project progress, building on the foundation of the Milestone Completion Schedule. With this new feature, you can now set and track baseline completion dates not only for entire projects and trades but also for individual locations such as specific buildings, phases, or floors.
With these releases, you can now track the progress and momentum of your assets in the the following ways:
Overall for a project
For individual trades on a project
For individual locations on a project (by floor plan, floor level, phase, or building)
For a specific trade at a specific location on a project (by floor plan, floor level, phase, or building)
Key Benefits
→ Proactive Bottleneck Identification
Gain a comprehensive view of momentum at every level—from project-wide to individual floors. Quickly identify bottlenecks that could delay trade-level progress and overall completion, ensuring risks are addressed promptly.
→ Scalable Momentum Tracking
Leverage real-time milestone pacing to monitor accurate progress relative to baseline dates. This enables consistent risk detection across trades and locations, empowering teams to maintain momentum on large-scale projects.
→ Enhanced Team Transparency
Centralized insights allow project managers, VPs of Construction, C-Suite executives, and investors to align on progress and risks. This increased transparency facilitates better decision-making and communication across all stakeholders.
How It Works
Progress Tracking Momentum uses advanced algorithms to assess every single trade activity at the individual floor level/location and as a TOTAL across all floors/locations.
