This tutorial contains the steps and information you need to view and navigate the Progress Tracking Table If you have questions about how the data in the dashboard is calculated, please see FAQs | Progress Tracking

Navigate to Progress Tracking

  1. From the Portfolio Dashboard click the name of the project you'd like to view.

    • Note: This will automatically take you to the Progress Tracking table for the project.

Reading the Table

Each cell in the table aligns with one floor plan/location and one trade, enabling you to see the % complete for each trade on every single floor plan for the project. You can also see the total % complete of each trade across all of the floor plans directly under the trade headers.

→ Trade Definitions (at 100% complete)

Hover your cursor over each trade column header to see what 100% complete means for each particular trade.

Percentages & Momentum Logic

You can slice and dice the data to see progress and momentum across multiple perspectives with or without baseline completion dates listed. That includes:

1. Trade Progress & Momentum

2. Location Progress & Momentum

3. Trade by Location Progress & Momentum

See the legends below that describe the color logic for momentum.

LOGIC 1: With Baseline Completion Dates Listed

Color/Indicator

Logic

Green

Trades and locations that are ahead of schedule or forecasted to finish within 7 days of the baseline date based on the past 2 week period production rate.

Yellow

Trades and locations that are at risk due to lack of progress over a 2 week period or are forecasted to finish later than the baseline completion date.

Neutral

Trades and locations without sufficient progress data to measure momentum.

Checkmark

Progress has reached 100%.

Please see Set Up Your Projects for Full Schedule Tracking for information on how to enter Project Baseline Completion Dates.

LOGIC 2: Without Baseline Completion Dates Listed

Color/Indicator

Logic

Green

Trade and location progress % has consistently increased over a 2 week period.

Yellow

Trade and location progress % has not made any progress over a 2 week period.

Neutral

Trade and location progress % has made some progress, but it’s inconsistent.

Checkmark

Progress has reached 100%.

Interacting with the Table

You also have the ability to narrow the results of the table to specific floors, dates, and more. See below for more information.

→ Search Floors

Narrow down the data to a specific floor by clicking into the search bar and entering your search terms. You can search by letter, number, and symbol.

→ Time Travel

Click on the date to expand the calendar and select an available date in the past to review the progress (% complete) of floor plans and their related trades at that particular point in time.

  • Notes:

    • You can only access progress data on dates that are in purple. These dates coincide with the dates we captured 360° images from the site.

    • The first possible date with % complete data in your OnsiteIQ account is March 8, 2023.

Export

Click Export to download a CSV file of the progress tracking table. The CSV will include the % complete for all trades and floor plans from the currently selected date.

Enter 360° View Directly from the Table

Click on any of the cells in the table to open the related Progress & Momentum side drawer. Within the drawer, select Go to 360° to open the correlating floor plan and enter the 360° viewer.

Reading the Side Drawers

Click on any of the cells within the table to open the correlating Progress & Momentum Side Drawer. Each cell side drawer falls into one of the following categories:

  1. Trade (TOTAL row directly under the names of the trades)

  2. Location (Column under the word 'TOTAL')

  3. Trade by location (Rows underneath the Trade row and to the right of the Locations column)

The drawers all contain:

  • Estimated Progress. Leverages Progress Tracking data and uses an aggregated weighted average to calculate a consolidated and overall % complete.

  • % Change. The amount of overall progress made in the last 30 days.

  • Total Duration. Total Duration represents the total number of days (if 30 days or less) or weeks that have passed since OnsiteIQ first detected activity for that trade (e.g. the trade became ‘active’).

  • Baseline Start Date. Enter the start date to track if specific work is starting on schedule.

  • Baseline Completion Date. Enter the end to track if specific work is completing on schedule. See the tables above for more information on how baseline completion dates are incorporated into the table.

  • Total Progress History Production Rate Chart. View the % Complete from the first capture (date at the bottom left of the x-axis) to the most recent capture and how it changed in between.

  • Momentum. Once there is a sufficient amount of data in order to gauge momentum, the last two weeks of the production rate line will be neutral, yellow, or green. The logic for the color coding is described in the legends above.
