In order to register your account with OnsiteIQ, you need to receive a ‘Welcome to OnsiteIQ’ email. Upon registering your account and signing in, you will be able to view the projects you have been granted access to.
Steps
Click on Accept Invitation within the ‘Welcome to OnsiteIQ’ email.
Note: This will open OnsiteIQ in your default browser.
Fill in the fields with your information. Required fields are indicated by an asterisk (*).
First name*. Enter your first name.
Last name*. Enter your last name.
Role*. Select your role from the dropdown.
Title*. Enter your job title.
Company*. Enter the company you are from.
Phone number*. Enter your phone number. The number must follow this format: XXX-XXX-XXXX
Enter a password in the ‘Password’ and ‘Confirm Password’ fields.
Note: Your new password must meet ALL of the following requirements:
At least 8 characters
At least 1 lowercase letter
At least 1 uppercase letter
At least 1 number
At least 1 symbol
Click Continue.
Note: This will set your password and sign you in.
