Reset Your Password

In order to reset an unknown password, you must have access to the email account associated with your OnsiteIQ user account. An email will be sent to this address with a link to reset your password.

Things to Consider

  • If you know your password and would like to change it, please see Change a Known Password.

  • If you received a Password reset email but you weren’t the one that requested the reset, please contact your Customer Success Manager.

Steps

  1. Go to OnsiteIQ.

  2. Select Forgot Password?

  3. Enter the email address associated with your user account and click Submit.

  4. Go to your email inbox and open the ‘Password reset for OnsiteIQ’ email.

  5. Click on the Reset Password button within the email.

    • Note: This will open your default internet browser and take you to the ‘Set Password’ page.

  6. Enter a new password in the ‘Password’ field and the ‘Confirm password’ field.

    • Note: Your new password must meet ALL of the following requirements:

      • At least 8 characters

      • At least 1 lowercase character

      • At least 1 uppercase character

      • At least 1 number

      • At least 1 symbol

  7. Click Set password.
