This guide walks through the Progress Tracking table. For how the numbers are calculated, see FAQs | Progress Tracking.
Getting to the Progress Tracking table
From the Portfolio Dashboard, click the name of the project you want. Progress is the default initial landing page once selecting your project from the Portfolio Dashboard.
If you have navigated to a different feature within the project, you can also navigate back to the Progress Table by selecting the Progress icon to in the left sidebar.
The three ways to slice the table
Trade/Milestone progress Totals — the total % complete for each trade across every location, shown directly under the trade headers.
Location progress totals — the total % complete for each location across every trade, shown in the TOTAL column beside the location name.
Trade progress by location — every other cell. Each one shows how much work is complete for a specific trade in a specific location, such as plumbing on Level-01.
Expand or collapse a location with the caret beside its name to move between buildings, phases, levels and individual floor plans.
What the colors mean
The cell background shows whether work is moving (green for Active, yellow for Inactive) and red text shows that work is not tracking to its baseline completion date. A green check mark means 100%, and a dash means there is no data for that specific area (likely this means the Progress is not calculated for this Milestone/Location i.e. Site Utilities on Level-04).
More details can be found in the Help Center Article: What the Colors in the Progress Tracking Table Mean.
"Behind Schedule" is a forecast based on captured visual progress against the Construction Schedule that has been uploaded to OnsiteIQ.
Narrowing and exporting
Search floors
Use the search bar to narrow the table to particular Floors or Phases. For example, if your Locations are grouped by Buildings you can narrow the Progress results to just show "Building 1" by typing that into the search bar.
Change the date
Click the date at the top to open the calendar and pick a day in the past. The table then shows progress as it stood then. Only highlighted dates are selectable - those are the days that we captured 360° imagery on site.
Export
Click Export to download a CSV of the table. It contains the % complete for every trade and floor plan on the date you have selected.
Share
Click Share to invite someone to the project or to copy a link to what you are looking at. See Share a Project or Create a Public Link.
Opening a cell
Click any cell to open its drawer on the right. The drawer contains:
Estimated Progress — a consolidated % complete, detected by OnsiteIQ's computer vision models from each site capture and combined as a weighted average. See Calculating Progress (% Complete) for each Milestone.
% Change — progress made over the last 30 days.
Total Duration — how long it has been since OnsiteIQ first detected activity here, in days if under a month, otherwise in weeks.
Baseline Start — the date the work was planned to begin. Set one to track whether work is starting on time.
Baseline Completion — the date the work is due to finish. Set one to track whether it will complete on time, and to enable the Behind Schedule flag.
The progress graph — planned pace against actual, with the gap shaded when work falls behind. See Reading the Progress Graph.
If you are set up with the "Administrator" Role for your project, you can edit the Baseline Start and End Dates by selecting the calendar icon next to each date.
You can also send your construction schedule to assistant@onsiteiq.io and we will set the dates across the project for you, which is the recommended route. See: Set Up Your Projects for Full Schedule Tracking.
Opening the 360° view
TIP: Every % complete metric can be visually verified within OnsiteIQ. Percent complete is based on the work in place detected within the 360° photo documentation.
To visually verify progress, click a floor plan name in the location column to open that floor plan and its 360° imagery.
