The AI Agent can generate email drafts to help you communicate progress updates, delays, issues, or summaries quickly and professionally. These drafts can be copied and used in your preferred email client.

How to Draft an Email

  1. Open the AI Agent panel inside your project.

  2. Type a prompt that specifies the type of email you need, such as:

    • “Draft an email summarizing this week’s progress.”

    • “Write an update explaining current delays.”

    • “Create a note for the owner about Level 4 progress.”

  3. Press Enter.

  4. The AI Agent will produce a complete email draft you can copy and paste into Outlook, Gmail, or your internal system.

Best Practices

  • Provide context or the audience: “Write an email to the owner…” or “Draft a message for the GC…”

  • Specify the time range or scope: “for this week,” “about Level 2,” “regarding drywall installation.”

  • If needed, ask follow-ups:

    • “Make it shorter.”

    • “Include key delays.”

    • “Add next steps.”

    • “Rewrite this in a more professional tone.”

Example Prompts

  • “Draft an email for the owner summarizing the last 30 days.”

  • “Write an email explaining delays in Units 210–214.”

  • “Create a short update for the internal team about today’s capture.”

  • “Summarize Level 5 progress in an email I can send to the GC.”

Copying the Email

  1. Highlight and copy the generated text or click the copy icon at the bottom of the screen to copy the entire response.

  2. Paste into your email client.

  3. Add attachments or visuals as needed.
