What's New

We’re thrilled to introduce the Monthly Update Email, a new automated report designed to provide you with key insights into your portfolio’s progress and momentum—delivered directly to your inbox. This update enhances visibility into project status, helping you stay informed without needing to log in.

Key Benefits

Effortless Project Insights, No Login Required
Stay informed without the need to log into OnsiteIQ. The Monthly Update Email delivers a concise snapshot of project progress and momentum directly to your inbox, ensuring you’re always up to date.

Clear Visibility into Project Momentum
The email highlights the most relevant projects in your portfolio, showing actual progress versus projected trends. By visualizing momentum changes, you can quickly assess which projects are on track and which require attention.

Proactively Identify Risks, Delays, and Stagnation
Detect early warning signs of project delays with our momentum indicators. Whether a project has lost traction, gained momentum, or remained stagnant, this report helps you take proactive steps to address risks before they impact schedules or budgets.

Supports Monthly Reporting and Financial Planning
With a delivery schedule aligned to the last Wednesday of every month, the update email helps construction and finance teams stay ahead of monthly draw request processes. By having clear insights into project progress, teams can make informed decisions about funding allocations, scheduling adjustments, and risk mitigation strategies.

Customized to Show the Most Relevant Projects
Instead of flooding your inbox with unnecessary updates, the report intelligently selects up to five projects based on recent activity and momentum shifts. This ensures that every update email delivers valuable and actionable insights tailored to your portfolio.

Flexible & User-Controlled Notifications
Users can easily opt in or out of the Monthly Update Email by adjusting their OnsiteIQ settings. Whether you prefer automatic updates or want to fine-tune your notifications, you have full control over how you receive project insights.

How it Works

Each month, the email will feature up to five projects selected based on the following criteria:

  1. Momentum Changes. Projects where momentum indicators have changed (see table below).

  2. Recent Capture Date. If less than five projects show a momentum change, the projects with the most recent captures will be included.
