How to save the view you are looking at as an image file, for a report, an email, or a payment application.
Steps
Open a 360° image and frame the view you want. What you see on screen is what gets saved, so pan and zoom first.
Click Download Image, the third control down the toolbar on the right side of the image.
The file saves straight away to wherever your browser puts downloads. You're all set! The image will be saved on your computer and there is no save dialog, so nothing else to click.
Sharing rather than saving? If the person you are sending this to needs to move around the site themselves, a link is better than a flat image. Use Share at the top right to create a view-only link that works without an OnsiteIQ login. See Share a Project or Create a Public Link.
To capture the same view across every capture date as a video instead of a still, use Generate Timelapse. The video is emailed to you. See Generate a Timelapse.
