The AI Agent can write a long-form progress report from your project's data: what is done, what is moving, what is at risk, and where to look. It is available on Enterprise projects. See Getting Started With the OnsiteIQ AI Agent.
The quick way: Pre-built Progress Report option
Open Agent in the project and click the Progress Report button above the prompt box.
Asking for something more specific
If you want a particular shape of report, type the request instead:
Open Agent in your project.
Type a report request, for example "Create a weekly progress report" or "Generate a 30-day look back summary."
Press Enter. The report appears in the response window.
Refine it with a follow-up rather than starting over. "Now focus on the podium levels" or "Add unit-level detail" builds on what it just wrote.
What a report covers
Overall project status
Completed work
Work in progress
Delayed or at-risk areas
Unit-level detail
Observations drawn from the captures
Links into the relevant floor plans and 360° views
Getting the report out of OnsiteIQ
Use the copy icon at the bottom of the response to take the whole thing, or highlight and copy just the part you want.
Paste it into an email, a document, or your meeting minutes.
Getting a better report
Set the window. "Last week," "past 30 days," "since the March baseline."
Set the focus. "Focus on structural," "highlight delays," "include unit-level detail."
Say who it is for. A report for a lender draw and one for a Monday trade meeting want different things, and saying so changes what you get.
Check it before you send it. The Agent is in Beta and can make mistakes.
