Reading the Table

Each cell in the table aligns with one floor plan and one milestone, enabling you to see the % complete for each milestone on every single floor plan for the project. You can also see the total % complete of each milestone across all of the floor plans directly under the milestone headers.

Milestone Definitions (at 100% complete)

Hover your cursor over each Milestone column header to see what 100% complete means for each particular milestone.

Percentages

Each cell will show one of these options...

Dash. There is 360 image data for this floor and or milestone.

Percentage. The percentage of progress that have been completed for this floor x milestone based on the most recent capture of the floor.

Completed. All progress has been completed for this floor x milestone. or the word 'completed.

Each cell will be one of these colors...

Green. Locations where trades have consistently made progress over two consecutive walks.

Yellow. Locations where trades have not made any progress over two consecutive walks, signaling a risk.

Neutral. Locations where trades have made some progress, but it’s inconsistent or not completely stagnant.

Interacting with the Data

You also have the ability to narrow the results of the table to specific floors, dates, and more. See below for more information.

→ Search Floors

Narrow down the data to a specific floor by clicking into the search bar and entering your search terms. You can search by letter, number, and symbol.

→ Time Travel

Click on the date to expand the calendar and select an available date in the past to review the progress (% complete) of floor plans and their related milestones at that particular point in time.

  • Notes:

    • You can only access progress data on dates that are in purple. These dates coincide with the dates we captured 360° images from the site.

    • The first possible date with % complete data in your OnsiteIQ account is March 8, 2023.

Export

Click Export to download a CSV file of the progress tracking table. The CSV will include the % complete for all milestones and floor plans from the currently selected date.

Enter 360° View Directly from the Table

Click on the name of a floor plan to view it in full screen and enter the 360° viewer.

Reading the Milestone Side Drawers

Total Milestone Progress

Click on a cell correlating with total progress of a particular milestone to view the Milestone Overview Side Drawer for that milestone.

Milestone Progress by Floor

Click on a cell correlating with a particular floor plan's progress of a particular milestone to view the Milestone by Floor Side Drawer. If the cell is a color, green or yellow, you will see this color highlighted at the tail end of the line indicating the progress momentum over the last two weeks.

Both drawers have the following information...

  • Estimated Total Progress. Leverages Progress Tracking data and uses an aggregated weighted average to calculate a consolidated and overall % complete for each milestone and floor for each milestone.

  • % Change. The amount of overall progress made in the last 30 days.

  • Total Duration. Total Duration represents the total number of days (if 30 days or less) or weeks that have passed since OnsiteIQ first detected activity for that milestone (e.g. the milestone became ‘active’).

  • Total Progress History Production Rate Chart. View the % Complete from the first capture (date at the bottom left of the x-axis) to the most recent capture (date at the bottom right of the x-axis) and how it changed in between.
