AUGUST 2025 | Expandable Hierarchy for Progress Tracking

Updated this week

Product Release Date: August 15, 2025

Overview

We’re excited to introduce a major upgrade to the Progress Tracking module in OnsiteIQ: the Expandable Hierarchy Table. This new view makes it easier to monitor project progress against scheduled completion dates, with the flexibility to switch between high-level and detailed views in a single table.

Important Note: Not every project will display expandable or collapsible locations. Multiple levels of hierarchy depend on the complexity of the project and the available floorplan data.

What’s New

Expandable/Collapsible Rows. Drill into trades, floors, phases, or even individual floorplan sections without leaving the table.

Progress vs. Scheduled Dates. Instantly compare actual progress to baseline completion dates to identify risks early.

All-in-One View. See every level of your project hierarchy (from project totals down to detailed floorplan sections) in one place.

Instant Loading. Once the table loads, expanding or collapsing rows is immediate — no extra clicks or wait times.

Already Live. No setup or configuration is needed. Just open your Progress Tracking dashboard and start exploring.

Benefits

Clarity at Every Level. Get the level of detail you need, whether you’re reviewing overall project status or drilling into specific floor sections.

Proactive Risk Management. Compare progress to scheduled milestones and act on bottlenecks before they delay completion.

Faster Navigation. Save time by viewing all hierarchy levels in one clean table, with no need to open drawers or switch views.

Team Alignment. Executives, PMs, and site teams can all access the same real-time data for smarter, faster decision-making.
