Enable the Procore Integration

Enabling the Procore integration is a two part process. First, each user that will be using the integration needs to connect their OnsiteIQ user account with their Procore user account. Second, the project in OnsiteIQ needs to be connected with the project in Procore.

Things to Consider

  • This tutorial goes over how to connect user accounts between OnsiteIQ and Procore. This must be done by each individual that will be using the integration.

  • In order to connect the project in OnsiteIQ with the project in Procore, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager or email customersuccess@onsiteiq.io.

    • You must provide the specific Procore Company and Project ID which is the unique combination of numbers located within the Company level and Project level URLs. For example:

Steps

  1. From any page in OnsiteIQ click on your initials at the bottom of the toolbar on the left hand side of the page.

  2. From the menu window that appears, click Settings.

  3. In the ‘App Integrations’ section, click Connect.

  4. In the Integration window that appears, click Authorize.

    • Note: This will bring you to the Procore login page.

  5. Enter your Procore login credentials into the ‘Email’ and ‘Password’ fields.

  6. Click Log In.

    • Notes:

      • This will automatically bring you back to the ‘Settings’ page in OnsiteIQ.

      • You will know that your user accounts have been successfully connected if the button next to the Procore integration now says Disconnect.
