This tutorial contains the steps and information you need to create markups on 360° images.

Things to Consider

  • Markups are associated with the floor plan and walkthrough from which they were created. Markups created on a previous walkthrough will not appear on future walkthroughs for that floor plan.

  • If you’ve integrated your OnsiteIQ account with Procore and would like to push a markup to a Procore project, please see Create a Procore RFI or Create a Procore Observation.

Additional Information

  • The terms Markup and Observation are used interchangeably within OnsiteIQ.

  • The blue nodes on drawings and within the 360° viewer symbolize markups.

  • Markups can be created Capture Specialists and by active users of OnsiteIQ that have access to the project.

Prerequisites

  • You must currently be viewing the details of a markup. See View a Markup.

Designate a Markup as Open or Closed

  1. Place a checkmark in the box for Open or Closed.

        • Safety: Low Risk
