AUGUST 2025 | Gantt (BETA)

Updated over a week ago

Product Release Date: August 25, 2025

Overview

We’ve released the OnsiteIQ Gantt feature, giving project teams a powerful new way to plan, track, and manage construction schedules directly in our platform. With Gantt, you can see every trade, milestone, and floor plan in a clean, interactive timeline that updates automatically as work progresses.

Key Features

Interactive Gantt Timelines

View every phase of construction (earthwork, foundation, MEP, interior finishes, etc.) in a side-by-side timeline. The view updates automatically based on detected progress, so your schedules stay current without manual effort.

Progress Tracking by Trade

Each task is tied to real-world progress data captured through OnsiteIQ’s field documentation. At a glance, you’ll see % complete for every activity — no more guessing.

Milestones & Dependencies

Identify critical path tasks, overlaps, and dependencies. Spot bottlenecks early and reallocate resources to keep projects on track.

Drill-Down Views

Expand major scopes (like Mechanical Rough-In) to reveal detailed subtasks by floor (Level 1, Roof, etc.), each with its own progress tracking.

Flexible Viewing Options

Toggle seamlessly between Weekly and Monthly views for either a detailed drill-in or a big-picture snapshot.

Additional Tools

  • Popup Tooltips: Get quick context without leaving the chart.

  • Overlay Drawer: View rich project data directly in Gantt.

What's Next

We’re just getting started. Upcoming improvements include:

  • Switching between Actual, Scheduled, or Combined views for deeper timeline analysis.

  • Additional filters and customizations to tailor Gantt to your team’s workflow.

Since this feature is in Beta, you can expect frequent enhancements in the coming weeks.
