APRIL 2026 | Share Links & Image Search

Share Links & Guest Access

Overview

You can now share any project view with anyone; clients, stakeholders, or contractors using a single link. No account required, no friction, just instant access.

What’s New

  • Redesigned Share modal with two clear sections: “Invite team members” and “Public share link”

  • One-click share link creation with configurable expiration (7, 30, or 90 days, or never)

  • Resource-specific descriptions so recipients know exactly what they’re viewing

  • Copy, remove, and manage active links directly in the modal

  • Full guest experience for Progress Tracking, Gantt Charts, and 360 Viewer

  • 360 Viewer guest access includes full walkthrough navigation, panorama controls, AI detection overlays, and camera state deep linking

  • Guests can request full account access directly from the shared view

Why It Matters

  • Share any project view instantly with clients, stakeholders, and contractors — no account needed

  • Guests see a rich, branded experience — not a watered-down preview

  • Expand collaboration beyond your team with full control over link expiration and access

Image Search

Overview

You can now search across all project images by what’s actually in them — type what you’re looking for and instantly surface the photos that matter.

What’s New

  • Search by trade, material, or object — “sprinklers,” “raw materials,” “standing water,” and results appear instantly

  • Results are sorted newest to oldest, with the highest-quality images surfacing first

  • Click any image to jump directly into the 360° viewer

  • Searches are shareable — copy the URL to share exactly what you found

  • Available across all projects for internal testing

Why It Matters

  • Find what you need instantly — on a call, prepping for a site visit, or verifying progress on a specific trade

  • Search by natural language — “where are the sprinklers on level 2” instead of browsing through photos manually

  • Jump directly from search results to the 360° viewer for full context
