This article explains the color coding in the Progress Tracking table.
Cell Color vs Text Color
The legend sits above the table.
The cell background tells you whether work is moving
Green — Active. Work on this trade and location has been progressing over the last 2 site walks.
Yellow — Inactive. No measurable progress over the last 2 site walks.
The text color tells you whether it will finish on time
Red text — Behind Schedule. The work is not tracking to its baseline completion date.
A cell can be green with red text. That means the work is moving but not fast enough to hit the date, and it is usually the most useful thing on the screen: work that looks healthy on a site walk but will not land on time. A yellow cell with red text is the more urgent version, stalled and already behind.
Behind Schedule is a forecast based on captured visual progress. Always verify before actioning.

A green check mark means the work has reached 100%.
A percentage tells you how far along it is.
A dash means there is no data for that combination, usually because the trade does not apply to that location or has not been captured yet.
Where the colors come from
Active and Inactive are measured from your capture history, so they work whether or not you have entered dates.
Behind Schedule depends on a Baseline Completion date being set. Without one, OnsiteIQ has nothing to compare against and will not flag the work as behind, however slowly it is moving.
There are two ways to get those dates in. Send your construction schedule to assistant@onsiteiq.io and we set them across the project, or enter a Baseline Completion date yourself in a cell's drawer (if you have the Administrator role). Sending the schedule is the recommended route, since it covers the whole job at once and stays current as the schedule changes. See: Set Up Your Projects for Full Schedule Tracking.
