This article explains the progress graph shown when you open a cell in the Progress Tracking table.
Opening the graph
Click any cell in the Progress Tracking table. A drawer opens on the right with that trade and location's detail, and the graph sits at the bottom.
What the lines mean
The dashed line is the baseline: the pace the work would need to keep to finish by its Baseline Completion date. Derived from the project schedule.
The solid line is the progress detected in place. OnsiteIQ's computer vision models scan each 360° capture for construction objects and milestones, so the line reflects a visual representation of progress over time - what was physically on site on each walk date.
Behind Schedule is a forecast based on captured visual progress. Verify before actioning.
The date range
The graph runs from the first capture on the left to the date currently selected at the top of the table, so changing the date changes what you see.
If there is no dashed line
If there is no dashed line this means there is no Baseline Completion date set for that trade and location. Send the project schedule to assistant@onsiteiq.io or set one in the drawer and the comparison appears. See: Set Up Your Projects for Full Schedule Tracking.
What else is in the drawer
Estimated Progress — the consolidated % complete for that trade and location.
% Change — progress made over the last 30 days.
Total Duration — how long since OnsiteIQ first detected activity here.
Baseline Start and Baseline Completion — editable dates. Each has a clear button if you need to remove it.
