The Portfolio Dashboard is the first thing you see when you sign in. It lists every project you have access to and how each one is tracking. For how the numbers are calculated, see FAQs | Portfolio Dashboard.
Getting to the Portfolio Dashboard
Signing in takes you straight here. From anywhere else in OnsiteIQ, click the OnsiteIQ logo at the top of the left sidebar.
List and Map views
Use the List / Map toggle at the top left to switch between the project table and a map of your portfolio.
Map view plots each project by address and colors the pin by momentum. Switch between Roadmap and Satellite in the top left.
Searching and filtering
Search. Search by project name, street address, city, state, state abbreviation, or zip code.
Filter. The filter icon at the right of the search bar opens the ability to filter your project by State or Province.
Sort. Click any column header to sort by that column. Click it again to reverse the order.
Each row is one project, or one building of a multi-building asset.
The columns
Project Name
Click the name to open the project's Progress Tracking table.
Last Walk
When the site was last captured, shown both as elapsed time and as a date.
Progress
Overall percent complete, with a bar. OnsiteIQ's computer vision models detect construction objects and milestones in each site capture, and those trade totals are combined into a weighted average. See Calculating Progress.
Momentum
The project's schedule status at a glance. A red warning triangle means Behind Schedule, a green triangle means On Track, and a yellow warning triangle means Inactive, which is to say work has gone quiet. No icon means the project has no progress data yet, or is at or near completion.
A project that is both stalled and behind schedule shows red, because the date is the more urgent fact. See What's behind the colors indicating Momentum on the Portfolio Dashboard?
Baseline
The project's baseline completion date. Send your construction schedule to assistant@onsiteiq.io and we set the dates for you (recommended), or enter them yourself in a cell's drawer. See Set Up Your Projects for Full Schedule Tracking.
Forecast (Beta)
The projected completion date, with the variance underneath it. A negative number is days ahead of baseline, a positive number is days behind.
Forecasts appear once a project is at least 65% complete and has new progress data within the last 30 days. They disappear if work stalls, and stop updating once the project reaches 98% complete. The forecast uses a 60-day trend model.
Momentum and Forecast are forecasts based on captured visual progress. Verify before actioning.
The project drawer
Click a project's Progress, Momentum, Baseline, or Forecast cell to open its drawer.
View 360 opens the most recent site walk.
View Progress opens the full Progress Tracking table.
Estimated Progress repeats the percent complete.
Total Duration is how long the project has been active, in days if 30 or fewer, otherwise in weeks.
Variance and Forecast Date match what the Forecast column shows.
Baseline Start and Baseline Completion are editable, and each has a clear button.
The chart plots planned pace (dashed) against actual (solid), from baseline start to baseline completion.
A status chip at the bottom summarizes where the project stands, for example Behind Schedule.
Adding projects and users
+ Add a New Project sits at the top of the project list, and Invite users is at the top right. See Add Users to an Account or a Project.
