If your company already uses OnsiteIQ
Ask an Account Admin or Collaborator on your team to add you. They can do it in a few seconds from Settings, and can give you access to a single project or to every project on the account. See Add Users to an Account or a Project.
Not sure who that is? Anyone with an Account Collaborator or Project Collaborator role can also invite people, so a colleague already using OnsiteIQ is a good place to start. Failing that, start a chat from the message icon in the lower left of OnsiteIQ and we will point you to the right person.

Someone sent me a link but I cannot sign in
If the link opens a view of a project without asking you to sign in, that is a public share link and no account is needed. If it does ask you to sign in and you do not have an account, go back to whoever sent it and ask them to add you properly. See: Share a Project or Create a Public Link.
