This tutorial contains the steps and information you need to view and navigate through floor plans on a project in OnsiteIQ.
Things to Consider
The date on a floor plan refers to the date of the walkthrough that you are currently viewing.
View a Floor Plan
From the Portfolio Dashboard click the name of the project you'd like to view.
Note: This will bring you to Progress Tracking.
Tip: You can narrow down the results by searching or filtering.
Search. Enter key words, letters, or numbers into the Search Bar at the top of the page. OnsiteIQ searches by project name and address.
Filter. Click on the filter icon on the right side of the Search Bar and select a state or province from the dropdown.
Click on the floor plan you would like to view from the left hand side.
Notes:
This will bring you to the full screen view of the floor plan.
The path of purple and white nodes on a floor plan correlates to the path the Capture Specialist walked on the date you are currently viewing. If you would like to view the paths the Capture Specialist previously walked on this area of the job site, please see Time Travel Within a Floor Plan.
Navigate the Floor Plan Page
→ Zoom in and Zoom out
Click on the + and - icons in the lower right hand corner to zoom in and zoom out.
If using a mouse, push the scroll wheel of your mouse forward and backward.
→ Move Around the Floor Plan
Use your mouse or track pad to drag and drop the floor plan.
Click on a location of the floor plan. With the cursor held down, move your mouse (or move your finger over the trackpad if on a laptop). This will reposition the floor plan within your view. Release the cursor to hold the current view in place.
→ View Markups
Click on the Markups icon within the Control Center at the top of the screen to view the markups that were created on the selected floor and date of capture.
→ AI Search
Click on the AI Search icon within the Control Center at the top of the screen to view the key items our AI engine has detected on the selected floor and date of capture.
Note: The number of times a particular item was detected does not mean there is actually that number of said items within that floor. This number refers to how many time the AI detected said item, meaning the same item could have been detected more than once.
→ Switch Floor Plans
Click on the Locations icon within the Control Center at the top of the screen and select a floor to enter the full screen view of that floor plan on the project.
→ Time Travel (View the walk path from previous captures)
Click on the Time Travel/Date Picker icon within the Control Center at the top of the screen and select a date to view the correlating path the Capture Specialist walked on that date.
