This tutorial goes over how to enable and disable email notifications associated with your user account.
Things to Consider
If New Walkthrough Updates are enabled, you will receive an email notification every Monday that contains a list of the projects that had been updated with new data in the previous week.
If New Feature Announcements are enabled, you will receive emails related to new features and functionalities that are added to the OnsiteIQ platform.
If you would like to update the email address that receives email notifications from OnsiteIQ, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
Note: This is also the email address that you use to sign in.
You can also click on the ‘Unsubscribe’ link within these emails to disable notifications.
