OnsiteIQ’s Portfolio Momentum Tracking is an essential capability for leadership teams who need visibility of the real momentum across all active construction projects in their portfolios. Regardless of asset class, stagnation can be quickly identified, highlighting the risk of missing the underwritten completion date.

How It Works
Portfolio Momentum Tracking leverages advanced business logic to categorize projects based on their current progress relative to their baseline completion. Projects are flagged in green, yellow, or neutral, depending on their current momentum:
Green. Projects that are ahead of schedule or forecasted to finish ahead of schedule based on the past 30-day period production rate.
Yellow. Projects that are at risk due to lack of progress over a 30-day period or are forecasted to finish later than the baseline completion date.
Neutral. Projects without sufficient progress data to measure momentum or don't have a baseline completion date listed.
In order to enable this feature, please send your projects schedules to assistant@onsiteiq.io and we will add the dates for you. Account Owners can also enter the baseline completion date for each project manually. From the Portfolio Dashboard, click Select a date on the far right side of each project row to set the date. If you don't have the ability to select a date, please contact an Account Owner or reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
