This tutorial contains the steps and information you need to view and navigate the Portfolio Dashboard. If you have questions about how the data in the dashboard is calculated, please see FAQs | Portfolio Dashboard.

Navigate to the Dashboard

  1. Complete the steps in How to Sign in.

    • Note: This will automatically take you to the Portfolio Dashboard where you can see the projects you have access to.

Reading the Dashboard

Each row of the dashboard represents a single project or single building of a multi-building asset. Each row will have information on the last walkthrough date and time, Estimated Total Progress, % Change, production rate over time, and detailed information on Milestone Activity.

→ Building Name

The name of the project or single building of a multi-building asset. Click on the name to view the Progress Tracking table or navigate to the 360 images of the building.

→ Momentum

(see the Color/Indicator charts below)

→ Last Walkthrough

The last time data for the project or building was captured and uploaded.

→ Estimated Total Progress

Leverages trade totals from Progress Tracking data and uses an aggregated weighted average to calculate a consolidated and overall % complete for each project.

→ % Change

The amount of overall progress made in the last 30 days.

→ Baseline Completion

The Baseline Completion Date for the project. This field can only be populated and updated by users with 'Account Owner' permissions. Please see Set Up Your Projects for Full Schedule Tracking for information on how to enter Project Baseline Start and Completion Dates.
