This tutorial contains the steps and information you need to view and navigate the Portfolio Dashboard. If you have questions about how the data in the dashboard is calculated, please see FAQs | Portfolio Dashboard.

Navigate to the Dashboard

  1. Complete the steps in How to Sign in.

    • Note: This will automatically take you to the Portfolio Dashboard where you can see the projects you have access to.

Reading the Dashboard

Each row of the dashboard represents a single project or single building of a multi-building asset. Each row will have information on the last walkthrough date and time, Estimated Total Progress, % Change, production rate over time, and detailed information on Milestone Activity.

→ Building Name

The name of the project or single building of a multi-building asset. Click on the name to view the Progress Tracking table or navigate to the 360 images of the building.

→ Momentum

Green: Projects that are ahead of schedule or forecasted to finish ahead of schedule based on the past 30-day period production rate.

Yellow: Projects that are at risk due to lack of progress over a 30-day period or are forecasted to finish later than the baseline completion date.

Neutral: Projects without sufficient progress data to measure momentum.

→ Last Walkthrough

The last time data for the project or building was captured and uploaded.

→ Estimated Total Progress

Leverages milestone totals from Progress Tracking data and uses an aggregated weighted average to calculate a consolidated and overall % complete for each project.

→ % Change

The amount of overall progress made in the last 30 days.

→ Baseline Completion

The Baseline Completion Date for the project. This field must be populated on the back end by your Customer Success Manager or main point of contact at OnsiteIQ. If this field is blank, please reach out so it can be updated.

Reading the Project Overview Side Drawer

Click on the Momentum Icon, Estimated Total Progress bar, % Change, or the Baseline Completion Date for a particular project or building of a project to open the Project Overview Side Drawer.

Total Duration

Total Duration represents the total number of days (if 30 days or less) or weeks that have passed since OnsiteIQ first detected activity for milestone(s) (e.g. the milestone became ‘active’).

Total Progress History Production Rate Chart

View the % Complete from the first capture (date at the bottom left of the x-axis) to the most recent capture (date at the bottom right of the x-axis) and how it changed in between.

Notes:

  • If the project has the Baseline Completion Date field filled out, you will see this date appear in the bottom right of the x-axis instead. Additionally, you will see a dotted gray linear trend line that represents Baseline Completion.

  • If the end of the line graph is shown in yellow or green, this is related to Momentum Tracking.

    • Green: Projects that are ahead of schedule or forecasted to finish ahead of schedule based on the past 30-day period production rate.

    • Yellow: Projects that are at risk due to lack of progress over a 30-day period or are forecasted to finish later than the baseline completion date.

Milestone Activity

Milestone Activity is a section intended to display a range of different project milestones on a given project and categorizes them based on activity status thresholds such as Active, Started, and Competed.
